Participants in the Refer & Earn Program do not provide credit advice, do not recommend specific lenders or loan products, and do not engage in the negotiation, structuring, or approval of finance. All credit assessment, advice, recommendations, and lending decisions are provided solely by appropriately licensed finance brokers or lenders in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Referral payments under the Refer & Earn Program are not commissions for the provision of credit assistance. Payments are made in consideration of referral, introduction, marketing, or opportunity-generation services, as defined in the applicable referral agreement. Where applicable, referral arrangements are structured to operate outside the scope of consumer credit regulation, or in a manner consistent with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (Cth) and relevant state-based legislation.
