Once you or your representative engage us on a specific transaction, we collect further information through our secure online forms and documents, including: the names and roles of the companies, trusts and individuals involved; for each director, guarantor or security owner, their contact details, residential address, date of birth, signature and a copy of their driver's licence; and the financial, property and credit-related information needed to obtain indicative terms and finance.
Our website includes a concierge widget. It asks a short series of set questions to help us understand your enquiry and direct it to the right person.
